1. No Tracking, Ever

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party ad networks.

We self-host Matomo analytics only on our public-facing marketing websites to understand general trends — never to track individuals. It respects Do Not Track, runs cookieless by default, and collects no personally identifiable information.

Our customer-facing applications — such as Todorix — do not run tracking scripts or background analytics. You won't find hidden scripts or "surprise" data collection.

However, users can optionally enable security features (e.g. login history, active sessions) to protect their account. These logs:

• Are opt-in only and disabled by default
• Store no personal identifiers in clear text
• Are encrypted at rest
• Comply with GDPR and are never shared or sold

2. Data Ownership & Control

Your data belongs to you. We will never sell it, share it, or lock you out of it. You can export your data anytime, and we make it simple to delete your account or remove your content if you choose to stop using our services.

3. GDPR Compliance

RixForge is committed to full GDPR compliance. We:

• Never store identifiable data in clear text
• Process only the minimum data required to deliver our services
• Support data access, correction, and deletion on request
• Use encryption at rest and in transit for all customer data

If you're an EU/EEA resident, you have full rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data. We will always act quickly and respectfully to any such request.

4. Infrastructure & Hosting

Our systems are hosted on secure, privacy-conscious infrastructure within the European Union wherever possible. Backups are encrypted and stored separately to prevent unauthorized access. We do not rely on large-scale third-party data processors with unclear privacy practices.

5. Fair Use, No Surprises

We believe in transparent, fair use. No dark patterns, no hidden consent forms, no legal traps. Our software behaves exactly as described — and our privacy policy is written to be human-readable, not lawyer-only.
